If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods, UNUSED and UNWORN, and in their original packaging, within 14 days (UK) or 28 days (International) for a refund of the price of the goods minus a 10% Restocking Fee.
Please note that due to the imtimate nature of some items (such as adult toys, or lotions & potions), we are unable to accept return of these items unless the goods are faulty. After all you wouldn't want goods that someone else has used, and we wouldn't want you to have them either, the health risks involved are far to great. These items will be marked as Non-Returnable in their Descriptions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not give refunds on a number of different classes of items once they have been opened, regardless of what you say. That is our final word on this matter. The health risks are too great for us to accept any opened item back.
These classes of item include:
Lingerie including knickers
Lotions & Potions, including lubricants, oils, etc
BDSM items that can break/pierce the skin
This strict returns procedure is in place to protect the health & safety of you, the customer, and our staff. No goods are sent on approval due to their intimate nature and for obvious hygiene reasons. However we will exchange any items with a manufacturing defect providing our returns procedure is followed.
If you wish to return an item you must email email@example.com before you do so, to obtain a returns authorisation code. You should include your order number and a full description of the problem in your email.
The returns number must then be written on the outside of your parcel prior to posting. We recommended you always use a signed for service such as recorded delivery to return items as we cannot be held responsible for items not delivered to us. If a parcel is received without a returns number on the outside, the parcel will be disposed of without being opened. Remeber if the sealed packaging has been opened no return will be accepted.
Your item will be inspected for signs of wear & tear, damage and use. Please note that we are responsible for items with a manufacturing defect only. Items that have been damaged, whether accidental, deliberate or through wear and tear are not returnable.
We will give a refund in any case where the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.
These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
