Terms and Conditions

To use this website you must be over the age of 18 and a legal adult in your own country.

You agree to give complete and accurate information when you place an order to enable us to process the order and safely deliver your goods.

Terms of sale:

Goods are not sent on approval, this is due to the personal nature of the goods and for hygiene/health reasons.

Adult toys are sold for novelty use only.

We will exchange any items with a manufacturing defect providing our returns procedure is followed.

We will give a refund in any case where the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

Your Right to cancel:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your sales contract with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If you wish to cancel your sales contract, please contact us with your order number and name, and we will issue a returns code for the items to be accepted back into our warehouse. Remember that these items must be unopened, unused and unworn.

Exceptions to these regulations:

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification
Goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned (These include: Products of a personal nature such as creams & massage oils, non-vibrating toys, jewellery, clothing, lingerie and fragrance products.)


Guarantees:

In the unlikely event, an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, please refer to the guarantee inside your package.

Once an adult toy has been used, the manufacturers guarantee immediately comes into effect.

These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.

Offline Payment

From the UK only - Sterling Cheques (on UK Banks) and Postal Orders can be made payable to Gyer Design Ltd. To use this method of payment you need to place your order online then send us a cheque or postal order in payment, accompanied by a print out of your order, to:
